This page contains the Terms of Use ("Terms") that you must follow when using this site. Please read these guidelines carefully. By entering the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all relevant laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any of these provisions, please do not use this website or any services provided on this website, and please leave this site immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Revised provisions shall take effect immediately upon publication.

All content on this website, including information, data, photographs, videos, embedded technologies and programs, fonts, graphics, music, sounds, images, maps, designs, icons, text and other materials, are the licensed property of Malaysia Visa Service and/or third-party providers, protected by copyright law.

You may use materials on this site for private, non-commercial use. You may electronically copy or print information extracted from this site for private non-commercial use without any modification, addition or deletion. You may not use the materials on this site or reproduce them in any form for purposes other than those described above without our written authorization.

All trademarks, trade names, company names, logos and trade designations displayed or used on this site are owned by Malaysia Visa Service. You have not been granted any rights or licenses to use these marks.

Limitation of Liability

Should a document or other item be lost, misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed, MalaysiaVisa.org.MY will only be responsible if it is at fault, and our liability will be limited to the basic replacement cost of that item. We are not responsible for items misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed by a delivery service or issuing authority.

MalaysiaVisa.org.MY accepts no responsibility for travelers electing to obtain on-arrival visas. To the greatest extent permitted by law, we exclude or limit any direct, indirect or consequential loss and all legal or implied conditions and warranties.

Refund Policy Summary

MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) - Non-Refundable

All MDAC application fees are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

MDAC applications are processed immediately upon payment confirmation and submitted directly to Malaysian immigration authorities. No refunds will be issued for any reason including:

  • • Change of travel plans or cancellation
  • • Application denial by immigration authorities
  • • Duplicate applications
  • • Incorrect information provided
  • • Choosing not to travel to Malaysia
  • • Any other reason whatsoever

⚠️ Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your MDAC application.

1. Immediate Processing

Once you submit your application, we begin the submission process immediately to Malaysia Immigration. Processing starts within minutes of payment confirmation.

2. Pre-Submission Cancellation

If your application has not been submitted to the government, you may request cancellation. A $40 Cancellation Fee will be deducted. Requests must be made within 30 minutes after submission.

3. Visa Denial - No Refund

No refunds for visa applications denied by Malaysia Immigration. Approval decisions are made solely by government officials.

4. Service Completion

Fees are non-refundable if you choose not to use your approved visa. Service is complete upon approval.

5. Duplicate Applications

If your passport exists in the system due to duplicate application with another agency, only Government Fees will be refunded.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds processed within 25 business days to the original payment method.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid visa or transit visa and a passport with a validity period of at least six months that meets all entry and exit conditions for Malaysia. Please verify all requirements before travel.

Important Notice

While we strive to provide accurate and timely visa processing services, we cannot guarantee approval of visa applications as final decisions rest with Malaysian Immigration authorities. We recommend applying well in advance of your intended travel dates.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to this website shall be governed by Malaysia Law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website, you hereby agree to be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
