The Transit Without Visa Facility allows certain visa-required nationals to clear immigration and enter Malaysia for up to 120 hours (5 days) during transit

Receiving a Transit Pass is not guaranteed even if you meet all eligibility requirements. The Immigration Officer at the point of entry has full discretion to approve or deny the Transit Pass based on their assessment.
Transit Pass Eligibility - Two Scenarios

Confirmed ticket for departure

Departing flight must be with AirAsia or Malaysia Airlines
South Asian Countries with Valid Visa
You are eligible for a Transit Pass if you meet ALL of the following:

Valid visa or residence permit from:
Arriving/departing from above countries
Journey must be to/from visa-issuing country
KLIA or LCCT
Same terminal for arrival and departure
Onward ticket within 120 hours
Confirmed departure booking
